Black Myth: Wukong May Have A Worthy Competitor Soon
The gaming community has been on fire since the release of Black Myth: Wukong, which has been making waves since its release, quickly gaining immense success. Gamers don't seem to have had enough of the smash hit yet. But a very worthy competitor that may even challenge out-of-league games like Black Myth: Wukong will soon be out there globally for a death battle with these very popular AAA titles.
One Piece Fighting Path, developed by China Mobile Games And Entertainments Group (CMGE), is a mobile game released on Android around four years ago. Yes you saw right, in 2020. And for the fact that this game still has quite a lot of hype from mobile players, having been only released in China, it shows the great potential of the game, if released globally. One Piece Fighting Path follows the narratives of One Piece. And the graphics and gameplay of the game may be able to challenge Black Myth: Wukong. Recently, a clip of the game was shared on a One Piece fan page, gaining instant admirers of the game.
Fighting Path allows players to journey from one island to another, challenge enemies of the original quality in the anime and level up their characters in the game. That's not all, it allows online interaction with players and allows characters to set sail following their own game plan. Players can build their crew and use those characters accordingly.
At this point, one could say that this game is not just any game, but the main factor of the game's popularity and details hasn't been mentioned. Each game character, their speech patterns and attacks all are exactly the same as the original One Piece story, making true One Piece fans die to play it, with some claiming it's the best One Piece game. Even the ship in the game has multiple uses, just like Thousand Sunny in the original anime.
The game's graphics and VFX are great, especially for a mobile game. So, when @OnePieceDefend shared a clip of the battles from the game, many ordered for a global release.
"Hoping for a global release soon 😌"—

"Even the game's got impact frames lol"—Stragic(@Demontics22)
"To this day it still baffles me that mobile games get more animation prowess than actually console games dog 😤 like…LOOOOOOOK. Fighting path will be the best one piece game to me for the rest of my life"—BlackMako(@TheChubbyProtag)
Almost four years after the game's release, the game hype is still massive, which shows the game's a true gem in the hands of CMGE. But whether they decide to make it global or not, still remains a possibility. And if released globally, Black Myth: Wukong would have a "hard to deal with" competitor at their door.
