The RTX 5090 version is $5800 on Newegg

PCPartpicker pricing (less GPU) = $1837, plus $200 for build/warranty/OS = $2037, so that RTX 5090 Aorus Master ICE card costs $3763, which sounds high, but is actually ~10% cheaper than eBay at the moment.

There are no specs on the RAM though; the photo shows Gigabyte DIMMs but Gigabyte doesn't officially make 64GB 2x32 DDR5 kits. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be 4 DIMMs, that would be bad.

Most of the build is good, the only questionable parts are the case, which appears to have poor airflow, and the RAM.
