Swiftech offers free backplate for Apogee GT & GTX users

People using the Apogee GT and GTX may be a bit worried about the mounting mechanism of the water block. Swiftech is listening to these concerns and now offers free backplates, which are compatible to these water blocks. This means you will be able to securely install them without having to worry about a bend mainboard and insufficient contact. All Apogee GT/GTX kits will ship with this additional piece from today onward. To get the free backplate simply email michelle@swiftech.com with a copy of your invoice and mailing address. This offer runs for 30 days only, so you better hurry.

Nice move by Swiftech.

As a note, you should probably mention that this is for Intel socket 775 boards.

Just a quick follow up for you....

I sent michelle and email today with my invoice for my purchase.... It took just one email back to me (within an hour) to confirm the shipping address, and it was sent out today!

wierd.... I had my shipping address included too, she just wanted to confirm the address and to let me know it was going out the same day.

She might not have responded because of not having the invoice? I dunno

I got a response around ~11am. She said a copy of my credit card purchase was sufficient. I took a screeny of my web statement, and sent it off.

About 30 minutes later she confirmed shipment of the backplane.

Swiftech is one of my new fav. companies :)
