S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky Revealed
According to ComputerAndVideoGames.com, GSC Game World is working on releasing the next S.T.A.L.K.E.R. chapter next year. Titled S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky, the game is said to be a prequel to S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, fleshing out the story of one of the main characters of the first game. The environment in Clear Sky will be far more hostile than the first game, adding 50 percent new territory, more anomalies and new monsters. GSC also said that there's a slight chance to release a DX10 version of the game.

Just my 2c :).
R.
And also, if you get FLOAT32, you get better performance, and better support with ATis. HDR is also real HDR now. Not just Bloom, with a bit extra brightness to blind you.
It had mind blowing graphics, I think it was from a 2003 build, and it rivalled anything out in 2003 and 2004, and most games in 2005 still didnt look that good!
They jsut spent a little too long developing it though, which is the real shame...
