GeForce 6600LE Card Details

The first GeForce 6600LE card has the SLI connector on the card which allows SLI bridging with another 6600LE card since it is
using the 6600GT PCB. The current core of the 6600LE (NV43-V) is in fact 6200 core which is 4 pipes but unlockable to 8 pipes. The 6600LE core is clocked at 425MHz opposed to 300MHz core on the 6200. Some AIC like Galaxy market their 6600LE card as GDDR3 edition running at 1GHz but the reference 6600LE card is actually using 500MHz GDDR-I memories. The current Forceware 77.72 or even 80.40 drivers are not able to support 6600LE yet but the next official drivers will be released in the upcoming WHQL driver on 22nd July. The price of this card is estimated to be at US$40. It is also interesting to know that the current 6200 cards can be flashed to 6600LE and has the ability to SLI with the bridge or without.
