lol why does it come with a copy of the year-old NVN2?

What an odd bundling choice...though the asian market does favor RPGs...I guess I can see it

Yea, but ~70 dollars more for an overclocked 8800GT with a bigger cooler? Eh, not worth it.

Agreed Fat. Everything mentioned on it so far is its just a higher clocked GT. Perhaps they should have released this first, then the GT.

it does have more stream processors over the GT as it is faster as standard to justify the increase in price as this card will now be faster than a GTX and still cost decent amount less.

^^ until you hit the higher resolutions with alot of eye candy, than its 512mb ram slows it down.

Well if you get this and upgrade the cooling (to water or something) you shouldn't have any trouble in selling the cooler to 8800GT owners :) If they haven't gone and changes some capacitor position, doubt it as this should be identical PCB with just every capacitor in use. Probably even 3 phase power circuitry and rest of those empty spots in PCB in use too. If not, then there will be something even better (1GB version?).

Looks a sweet card, nice dual slot cooling to push all that warm air out of the case and will give super performance for the price, my GT is already on the bay, yeah i know its a bit of a silly upgrade in terms of actual performance increase over a GT, guess I'm a sucker for the latest toys.:slap:

You'll propably get what you paid for, stock for 8800GTs being what it is, so it's not at all silly :) (still waiting for mine)

Singapore? Those guys are still content playing their crappy 2D RPG's and Starcraft! Why are they granted such power before the west? They don't need it! Conspiracy! :D
