BenQ launches 2msec LCD Monitor

BenQ unveiled a new 19-inch LCD monitor, the BenQ FP93G X, featuring 2ms gray-to-gray response time, a slim 13mm bezel, contrast ratio 700:1 and a brightness of 300 cd/m2. The BenQ FP93G X is targeting professional gamers who have high demands for display performances. With this 2msec response time, the BenQ FP93G X's performance is similar to that of the CRT monitor. The new LCD monitor is equipped with both traditional D-Sub and next generation DVI input support. BenQ FP93G X will be available in November 2005.

I know, there also are some journalists who make money for playing games and reviewing them, and software companies that hire beta testers, and so on... but it's just that IMO the term has a funny ring to it :p
Anyway, I think BenQ was trying to imply this display is intended for professionals and gamers, it's only that they made an error when they redacted the press release, check the original article out:
The BenQ FP93G X is targeting both professional (and??) gamers who have high demands for display performances
Nevermind, I just thought it sounded funny :)

Well, nice LCD, but hey, 499€s for a 19 Inch are hella expensive...the VX924 kosts 369€s...
and has a real "off-on-off" of 5,2ms and a grey to grey of 3ms..
