First Picture of the Gigabyte GeForce 9400 GT 512M Emerges

Turkish website DonanimHaber presented the first picture of Gigabyte's entry-level GeForce 9400 GT accelerator. From the specifications and hardware bundle, it is clear that this one is for your HTPC. It provides sufficient graphics processing power for HD Videos, high resolution imaging and Windows Aero acceleration. The card is made from high quality components brandished under "Ultra Durable 2" by Gigabyte. The card allows SPDIF digital audio pass and a HDMI dongle is provided.

  • Core clock: 550 MHz
  • 16 Shader Processors and Shader Clock of 1400 MHz
  • Memory Clock, standard and size: 800MHz, DDR2 (128-bit memory bus), 512 MB
  • Video Acceleration: Supports Purevideo HD

The pcb looks kinda big for its performance. Ive seen 8600GT's with smaller pcb's..
