The Intel Core Duo T2700 was a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in June 2006. It is part of the Core Duo lineup, using the Yonah architecture with Socket 479. Core Duo T2700 has 2 MB of L2 cache and operates at 2.333 GHz. Intel is making the Core Duo T2700 on a 65 nm production node using 151 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Core Duo T2700, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 31 W, the Core Duo T2700 consumes only little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR1 memory. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability. Hardware virtualization is available on the Core Duo T2700, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
