X1900gt Unlock Bios Found!!!

what is the program you are using to show that the cards have 16 pipelines?

Mister tofu, I appologize if I insults you by any way by that post, but I have to know, that file you has in that post, is it for x1900gt? I got my card and Cant clock. I wonder if I culd get help to unlock some more pipelins and make my card clockabel.
I am not quite home yet, but will be it tomorrow and then I can post some specs abot my card. Thing I figured so far is that it is ver 2, with red stock cooler and it is an Saphire card, Crossfire ready. I use Thermaltake Tide Water cooler and have GPU speed on idle at 37-38 C and playing like FEAR or Oblivion not more then 42. On Full flow it dont go over 40.


If there is any kind if information that you needs to know before you can help me, than you must just ask. I wuld realy presiate if some one with knolege of this things culd help me. Am not a 14 year retard. Thanks

I'm not so clear about the version 2 thing? Is this an RV570? or just a revised R580...

BTW, tryed BETA 15 and it did not fixed the problem, culd not override the standart speed settings, so some one told me to try BETA 16 and it work, but unstabel. You cant clock it to any speed, there is sertain clocks that works, ather crashes your card and you gets error from ATI Catalyst control center.

and buy a new nvidia 8800 gt and unlock to a 8800gtx with dx10 .. that would be interestingthe release in europe is the last november week

That what core i have R580LE...is there anyway u can post your bios for me...i tried the xt flash and doesnt seem that i am getting the same overclocks and want to get it back to gt...deleted my bios by accident i used to be able to get to 700/778 with atitray tools(couldnt get any ati tools to work right) now its atifacts at less...so if u coulod post it for me it would greatly appreciated

I checked everest to and heres what i see(didnt have the big red fan) and here is what ati tool is also showing....i did flash my gt to xt anyone else have this show up

honestly i dont know...lol i m just putting up what i found...ati tool only says 12pipes but everest says other wise even upped to 48 from 36...ill leave it to the experts to say otherwise...lol

hey bone,i just downloaded everest trial edition and ran it,it states 16x48 so its just stating the posted core features as it is ultimately capable,i know my his gt with the ugly red cooler is not as capable as its big brother.
trust ati tool as the everest is not fully updated on the hardware specs and is not relaying truthful info about the card as it is not detecting it,its only posting pre programmed info.

boy thats a vague way to put it,,,uhhh everest is not detecting the disabled physical features,its only detecting the card and posting the optimal specs of that chip.if it is detecting that there are 48 p shaders,then there must be a way to enable them,and if there were a way tofu would likely have found it.

You must use the newest ATItool, beta 16. IT is wierd it is not posted on techpowerup but if u google after it you will find it I shuld worn you, it is not stabel. You might and will get artifacts by simpli overclocking it a bit. But it is OK, becouse it just crashes on some clocks and works at anather. Newer ATItool shuld probably fix it

Im wondering, whats x1900XT256 default Vgpu? As x1900gt is undervolted, plain x1900Xt256 bios flash can overvolt x1900gt? Without using RaBiT to change voltages.

I dont think so. Most cards have R580XL core, and maybe only few early samples had R580pro.

I can't overclock my powercolor x1900gt :S
When I try with Atitool it will just crash and I have to reboot. When I try to use the default button it seems like the clocks goes random :S and then crash.
I've tried both build 15 and 16.

Edit: Tried again with build 16, I tried to increase it with 4mhz(!), and success! but then I tried with 4 more and then when I pushed it went nuts and got it up to 625 :S and then the system rebooted

I have the same card but from saphire x1900gt end my card is stable 575/1600 and ghange voltaj core with rabbit2.1 is not working!
