great ok... but comparatively? no. high end pcs have looked prettier than the 360 for about 4.5 years now
not knocking it. I love mine. I am currently playing ME2 and it does indeed look damn pretty. but it is un-arguable that a game made FOR pc and ported to xbox can look as good as it's pc counterpart. maybe for some machines, but not as a technical rule.
now to make the argument of price/performance... that i can understand a bit better. but even then I have to say you can build an amazing machine for around $1000USD , or an xbox (with hdmi, hdd) for $300 (new) I would argue you will get 3x as much (and more) out of that pc.
it just depends on how much is enough for you. for some people consoles do it. others need consoles and handhelds. and then pcs. and some need them all. it's subjective preference more than objective comparison i believe.
