the M1A2! wait ... errrr...
boarf i don't really care tho, wrong team one day winner the next one ... also ... it's a close call tho
59747 my contrib for the moment
seems people prefer the PL01 at the 2A7+ ... that's a shame the PL01 is a child's toy in my eyes ... the 2A7+ is a descendant from a long lineup of rugged MBT's and one of the best in the world ...
Well of course. Most people don't understand much of the details and history behind the tanks that they play. The PL01 is proposed as a light tank, and that is accurate because a light tank it is. It looks nice and tough, when in reality its armor is meant to defend against 30mm-40mm autocannon fire.
They had better incorporate the technology demonstrator version of the 2A7+ that was shown off by KMW. That was the version with the all-around applique on turret and the hull applique covering roughly as much as the Ariete's PSO. The 2A6 was barely an upgrade from the 2A5, so if they omit the added armour, it's just going to be a copy paste of the 2A6 at T10 and more of a 2A7 than a 2A7+. I don't really care if the fully decked out 2A7+ will actually see German army service due to its excessive weight and price; it's not like it's a prototype that cannot see mass production. The 2A4M CAN already sports an armor package that is quite similar to the 2A7+, rather than being based off of Leo 2 Evo. And seeing as they took the Evolution upgrade out of the game for the Leo 2, it would be nice to have it back, although this time in the form of the 2A7+ protection package at an (appropriately) much higher tier. I would not mind the full armor package as an upgrade, while the base vehicle is a more realistic Deutches Heer service model.
Anyways, I chose Hellhounds as well, but not too much of a deal for me. Premium time is nice and both winning and losing teams get premium time (3 vs 7 days, big deal we get a day every week). To make it into the 1500 gold category I'm guessing that you'll have to devote nearly all of your time to armored warfare. Plus, playing 5 matches a day for six days this week will give you 3000 gold next week, instead of waiting until March 6th for a possibility of getting half that.
