Your Time Spy graphics score is relatively low for an overclocked 6900 XT. My 6800 XT can achieve more than that.22k in timespy with MPT is no problem even with a nitro+ (awful heatsink)
but damn these cards run into insane powerlimits even at over 350W.
the difference between stock undervolting (1081mv get, 264W) and 1175mv get (1050 set) and 2700Mhz target at 365W) is less than 50Mhz.
Turn post processing in bf to medium, solves the issue. There is a command prompt thing you can set as well, but you have to manually do it every time you start the game. I found a reddit post that discovered that even with ray tracing set to OFF, the game is applying very low quality ray tracing to reflections when Post is above medium, which is why they look like garbage. Is the artifacting in Cold War/Battlefield with the screen reflections ever going to be fixed or is there at least a workaround? Nice! I should try that on my 6800 XT VRAM. I think the Samsung chips on the 6900 XT and 6800 XT are the same?@Felix123BU @Butanding1987
So boys it is time to strike back with my best personal score ever on the 6900XT Liquid Devil Ultimate.
I was able to break the 23K barrier.
Wait until I OC my DDR memory. The score is expected to increase.
This score is with default setting on G.Skill F4-3600C14-8GTZNB CL14 Samsung B-Die kit.
This score is rank 11 in the best graphic scores for 6900XT and overall 64 for this processor combined score.
I scored 20 731 in Time Spy
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT x 1, 16384 MB, 64-bit Windows 10}www.3dmark.com
You will be thinking about how the hell did I achieve that now after I almost gave up on tuning this card.
My problem was that I could not OC VRAM at all.
The solution came from Hardwareluxx forum.
The bios for the new the AMD Reference Liquid-Cooled 6900XT became available.
Reference Liquid-Cooled Radeon RX 6900 XT Listed, Possibly the RX 6900 XTX, with Faster Memory
To preempt NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3080 Ti launch, AMD had worked with its partners to release a refreshed Radeon RX 6900 XT based on a swanky new ASIC internally dubbed "XTXH." This is essentially the highest bin of the "Navi 21" silicon that allows 10% higher clock speeds over the standard RX...www.techpowerup.com
This card is running at 18Gbps memory bandwidth compared to 16Gbps on all other 6900XT cards.
As people found out is that AMD is using similar memory chips like on standard 6900XT but they are applying different setting to OC the memory.
Plus maybe higher binned memory like we have higher binned XTXH cards.
I copied the memory voltage setting from this card and applied them to mine using the new MPT v1.3.7 Beta 4.
This new version of MPT supports modifying the voltage of VRAM as shown in screen shot provided below.
I bumped VDDCI DPM3 from default of 850mV-->900mV and MVDD DPM3 from default of 1350mV-->1400mV.
These two changes stabilized my memory and I can now OC the VRAM to 2140MHz.
Before doing this, even 2020MHz was unstable and I had crash when running benchmarks.
In theory one can go even higher. People tried up to 1500mV at the MVDD DPM3, but one need to be careful.
Increasing this voltage increases the temperature on the memory.
For me the memory junction temperature went up by 3°C from 47°C to 50°C which I checked on HWiNFO.
I have water cooled card. So on non water cooled ones this could get out of control very quickly.
Here are the setting from Radeon SW.
Power setting applied taking into account MPT values and 15% setting in the Radeon Driver:

Meiner Meinung nach war das erstmal der Konter auf die TI Karten . Ich persönlich denke ,daß AMD schon beim Launch über die Leistung Bescheid wußte .Die 6800non ,ist ein gutes Beispiel : die Begrenzung der Volt von 1050 auf 1025 . Die Leistung wird halt per Treiber stückweise erhöht . Manchmal...www.hardwareluxx.de
Note: I don't flash this bios onto my card. I only read the setting using MPT and change the voltage on my card.
Some Hardwareluxx members flashed it by using special external programer.
Two guys made it work that way. One on Asrock 6900XT OC Formula and other one on 6900XT Liquid Devil Ultimate.
The usual software flashing tools don't work for this.

Your CPU score is kind of low and pulled your total score down. It’s time to overclock that 5900X to death.
Welcome to the club.Hey, so finally I can join this thread! Got my RX 6900 Liquid Devil Ultimate installed a few days back. Getting that beast of a card into the Meshlicious wasn't exactly easy, but it worked out fine (even if it's 163mm according to PC and the Meshy is listed at 155mm max according to SSUPD). Next up is some undervoling. I'll be going back through this thread and reading some more, but in case someone wants to help me out, is there a good UV guide out there? I can't seem to find anything much, and my early attempts from scratch didn't do anything much (unstable at pretty much any setting).
I'm impressed that my loop can keep it acceptably cool at stock (60°C max when playing an hour of Metro Exodus last night, 1440p RT Ultra, with ~28°C ambient temps), but some undervolting and a light underclock is probably a good idea - a 330+W GPU plus a ~120W CPU with just a single 280mm rad is ... a stretch. Fluid temps peaked at 44.5°C, which is passable, but ... yeah. I'd like to get it down to 250W or less. I can gladly sacrifice a bit of performance for that.
Here's a quick pic of the GPU installed. The tubing is a mess, I'll be swapping inlet and outlet ports to clean it up (both EK and PowerColor confirm that this should not affect performance), as the CPU outlet comes in from the top. Also had to remove the top plastic RGB thingy on the port block to make it fit, which ins't exactly much of a sacrifice.
And yes, the peels have since been removed.
Stock performance is pretty decent though:
That's straight OOTB, no settings touched. My CPU is running a slightly restrictive PPT/TDC/EDC config, so it's a bit slower than stock.

Thanks! I know it's a bit of a shame to not try to push this monster of a GPU as far as it can go, but tbh I only bought it because of availability, the included water block and running out of patience. I really wanted a 6800 XT, but gave up after waiting months and months. Cooling an OC'd version of the LDU in my setup simply isn't feasible, and I do like the idea of maximising efficiency - RDNA2 can run very cool if tuned properly after all. Thanks for linking to that guide - from a quick skim it looks very informative. I was mainly confused about the min/max clock settings and how to treat them, seeing how the stock setting has a huge range but most OCs seem to only space them out about 200MHz. If that's the recommended/best practice I'll just stick to that. The voltage guidelines in the guide were also really informative.Welcome to the club.
I thought you are looking to OC your Liquid Devil to squeeze out all the performance that is possible, but you want to actually undervolt and under clock it which will decrease the performance.
I did not work in that direction. I usually try to find the lowest voltage where the maximum possible clock for GPU is possible.
For example, my Liquid Devil has highest stable Time Spy GPU clock setting of 2750MHz with minimum frequency set to 2550MHz. For this setting I started at 1200mV and decreased in 10-15mV steps the voltage running Time Spy benchmark after every step until the point where Time Spy started to crash.
So for 2750MHz clock, the minimum stable voltage for me is 1155mV.
After I find this setting, I run Stability test like Fire Strike Extreme Stress Test to check if these settings are stable.
It is time consuming process to find correct settings.
Every GPU is individual and need to be tuned separately.
I found one guide on how to OC, but it is in German. You can google translate it:
[Guide] - Navi 21 Max Overclocking Tutorial [6800 XT / 69X0 XT]
Was tun? Inhaltsverzeichnis 1. Time Spy: das (fast)...www.hardwareluxx.de

The offset between min and max frequency is used so that GPU is forced to not go to idle mode for small fractions of time during gaming and benchmarks. The voltage guidelines in the guide were also really informative.
Anyhow, I'll try my hand at some tuning and post my results here. Hopefully my chip isn't a complete dud when it comes to undervolting
