The only normal response by gamers to Nvidia's plans to trying to continue selling Ampere for close to MSRP even though new generation should bring big price / performance increase is to boycott both of the lines, old and expensive Ampere and new and more expensive Lovelace. Let them sit on a very expensive stockpile and wriggle their hands.
The only normal response by Nvidia to such market behaviour is even greater disrespect to gamers and a desire to change the whole buyer demographic, perhaps to crypto miners, if possible.
So no more gamer protection, not even half arsed. No more drivers that kind of prevent mining, but in reallity they themselves post a solution to circumvent that. No more LHR, "lower hashrate" cards with limitations that could be bypassed anyway...
And Data solutions is overtaking Gaming anywas, so so long, suckers...
