Dunno about airflow. GPU stays cool enough (65C edge, about 88C hotspot on 28C ambient), but its also fairly low power with a very overkill cooler.Have you considered a backwards airflow?
Let the top and back fans be intake (let's ignore the lack of filters for now) and let the front be the exhaust?
The typical airflow layout isn't good for the gpu since it sucks air through the pcie covers, having weak air flow from the front causes (I think) dead zones around the gpu making it hard to breathe.
At least that's my experience with the S340 Elite.
Also a pcie gpu bracket would be a good purchase; I'm seeing a slight sag on your gpu.
