I got a Fanxiang S660, which is one of the cheaper 2TB PCIe 4.0 drives. It was $75 and comes with an optional heatsink and an M.2 mounting screw.

It's a DRAM-less drive with a Maxio MAP1602 controller and 128-layer TLC NAND from YMTC.
Endurance is rated at 1400TBW, which is one of the better ratings I've seen.
Cloning my Windows install was annoying since Macrium repair didn't work. After messing around in CMD, I was able to fix it with DISM.
I plan on dual-booting Linux Mint alongside Windows now. Just gotta hope it doesn't screw up the Windows install again.
We'll see how this drive performs and holds up. I'm thinking about getting a 2TB S770 for my main PC, which has a DRAM cache and claims to do 7300MB/s read and 6800MB/s write. All for $95.
