Did you reset the max/min to zero between tests?
Well the average shows 2024 is hotter.
And are these numbers after the benchmark is stopped? Bcz 31° is I guess idle

I ran 2024 shortly before my post several pages back. R23 was run a few minutes before this most previous post. Both screenshots exhibit behavior pre and post benchmark. Disregard the average figures to some extent. Instead rely on my impressions below using a very conservative mobo that demands the processor get hammered for 10-15 minutes before giving up and allowing it unrestricted core/turbo/power.

Temps were effectively identical across both runs with exception of VR VCC (SVID) being 5°C higher during 2024 run.

Given the reason for posting this was a power usage comparison. R23 had a few watt higher peak while 2024 had a negligibly lower peak that was sustained over a considerably longer time for bench to complete one pass. I could've been more rigorous in capturing only a few seconds outside of bench running during the subject relevant 2024 run.

I tried with my new-to-me i7-2600 but CB2024 said the CPU didn't support this or that blahblahblah. The Athlon 3050U above probably woulda trounced it on Single Core. Oh well, on to the i7-3770.

This benchmark requires AVX2, so a Haswell at minimum.

Yeah this benchmark seems to heavily favor Nvidia GPU’s.. A 6800XT if this test scaled correctly would probably score something closer to 16-18K.

Anyway solid setup you have there! Looks like it would be pretty great for 1440p.

Ugh, GPU test is broken for me. Trying it on a 6700 gives me 700 points, but games run completely fine. GPU power usage also never goes over 50W.

My 5600 XT was doing the same thing until I updated its drivers and restarted the PC. Then got normal numbers.
