I was semi worried when I switched to a vertical mount as well but honestly it has been 100% issue free, temps are about the same though but I am using the bracket made specifically for my 011 XL.

I only bring it up because my last couple cases have been ITX with riser, and part of the reason I switched away from my last case was that the riser failed. Not something I ever expected to be an issue, but since I've seen several threads where others failed. Probably not a common issue but it's in my head now, you know?

For sure, I'd probably give this one more chance if my current riser failed and then ditch them altogether as well.

I do feel like it's easier to find a quality riser cable these days but it will always be an extra point of possible faulure. I was actually more worried about the other issues I've seen people have like random black screen and crashes but so far I've been lucky.

I'vee been looking for some for my EVGA Classified builds as they have always had 920 D0's installed.. Those systems have been rocks and I don't honestly know why I have kept them for so long but they are still here...

Must get them back up and running.. Whenever I get the time for that....

Just glad I have the girls machines up and running again and also one of my founders RTX 3080s as it seemed that it was having temp issues with the copper shims we had installed in it.. Still, more power to the FAH and WCG when they release the GPU work!!

I do wish to point out that this thread is freaking awesome and I do love the work and effort that everyone puts in... @Frizz I do love that mini screen in your PC!!

Actually I did an update and got a Hellhound 7900XTX which being a lower tier had only 2 RGB colours which were Aqua and Purple so I chose Off so then I decided well lets turn it all off then. My board only has one RGB at the bottom of the PCH heatsink so you really can't even see it(fine by me) So I turned everything off except for one. I uninstalled all the Software and everything has "stuck" I didn't have RGB fans either So now it's gone "Stealth"

I found Tecware Nexus M casing that I forgot I ever purchase. And when I assembling the PC now I remember why I don't use it, the space inside is cramped, say it have space for 3.5in HDD but space is so restricted I need to craftly bend SATA cable and power cable properly as the HDD is fastened on the case floor. There's literally 2mm space behind the mobo tray to route cable so its very pain to get things sorted. There is space to route bigger cables like 24-pin ATX cable but that too is cramped. Also I just noticed from the pics the 8-pin PCIe is not properly fastened no wonder it crashed when gaming just now

I need to redo some cable management anyway so back to disassembling....

I went to install the Aqua Elite 240 but am afraid it won't work in the A4-H2O, the clearance is that tight! Should have read about the height of the pump block before I ordered. Oh well. Stuck with the DashFlow for now. (seeing yours just reminded me)

Edit: supposedly it'll work based on what I just read... Might take everything apart and deep clean this weekend, fix the 24pin routing / pressure issue and change the AIO while I'm at it.

Went for the 120 Pure Loop and yes the NH-D15 was better but not by too much.
Now if only @amd & PowerColor would release the 7950XTX Red Devil or the 7970 XTX Red Devil so i can upgrade for STALKER2....

y'all must be in some frigid places that the D15 is better than liquid. Air cooler always sucks ass here in India due to high room temps. The fans dont have any chill.
