Its actually a SKHynix p41 Pro PCIE 4x drive. It was just the heatsink that was 10, the drive is like 140 for 2tb

Sliding? Its attached to the SSD and the SSD is attached to the motherboard. Nothing moves.

nice surprise because i liked the dark box art more than the light, but the IEMs looked better in light

well, i am a sucker for those box art ... after the tame black and white Chu II and the Chinese webtoon like Wan'er ... that one is also very cute.

yep, faceplate look nice and brass nozzle at that price (~19$ )


good cable and same eartips selection like the Wan'er but at least that one bundle a carry pouch

also good sound out of the box, tho the manufacturer recommend a 50hrs burn in time

I had to do some overtime this weekend on saturday and sunday and that means extra dinero's .
Just to make sure the extra earnings do not disappear in the general daily household spendings , I straight away invested in the bottomless money pit, also know as my rig .
Ordered some new candy:

The thermal Grizzly products will take a while, but maybe I can run the system meanwhile with MX4 on both CPU and GPU. That also will give me something to compare the Thermal Grizzly products to later on.

Also on AliExpress I ordered 16 x 50cm (10x14mm) Freezemod Acrylic hard tubes to replace my PETG hard tubes as they have some unwanted effects with UV-A light. Acrylic is supposed not to be UV reactive. I mean, if I have to rip apart the system for thourough cleaning, why not do major maintenance straight away.

As compensation to the missus , an add-on temperature display for the shower as the thermostatic valve seems to get a life of it's own.
(probably just needs an internal cleaning and descaling)

The pain of being 6'2" in the world where no one considers people above 5'10" to even exist is even harder than that. It's just flabbergasting how many things are NOT designed for tall people and how there is NO alternative. Cars, boats, clothing, shoes, head jambs... designed by gnomes to make short work of taller people...

To be fair, average height is between 5'5"-5'9" in most of the world, so they're going to target the larger demographic for cost effectiveness. Men that are 6'+ are not a large portion of the overall population.

But still, their greed is embarrassingly high. Cobblers, tailors, and VIP DELUXE PREMIUM dealerships enjoy tall men's problems.

When I got into my Kim Chunk Oof phase earlier this year I almost immediately started actively burning calories and now I'm once again reasonable weight (195 to 200 lbs at 6'2" is ideal but I still got work to do at my 205 lbs). No idea how people let their bodies become ultra fat. It's already completely uncomfortable at 220 lbs. Not to fatshame or anything, just curious how it works.

Everyone has something to complain about when they fall outside the averages. Personally, I just accept that I'm outside the average. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm 5'9" and ~205 lbs and not fat, but I'm also not someone who focused on building mass; it's just my build. Finding pants and shirts that fit me (especially in dress clothes) is fun. Most everything I own is oversized or custom tailored. It's not a matter of greed, it's a matter of cost-effectiveness for a business as both big and small tend to focus on what will cover the largest group for the least cost. That's why there's specialty shops like 'Big and Tall' that focus on those demographics because they're willing to target that smaller demographic. (Enough of me derailing the thread.)

Honestly its not something I actively chose. More a sedintary career combined with a bad heart at birth that inherently limits exercise unless I want to (maybe for real) die. Basically I rolled real bad on stats at character creation, and am setup to fail if I want to eat anything resembling what most consider a meal.

I'm having some luck losing weight with that new drug Ozempic, but we're already way off topic.
