Really? That's why i'm sind >20 yrs a Project manager in the Who-Is-Who of the industry. Yeah. Sure.I think you misunderstand how things work in the real business world.
I got to the opinion that you don't know what you talk about. As i'm not keen in business life you can tell me since when a owner without executable functions is responsible for the execs and get to jail for their criminal actings. I want to remind you that you stated that E. König, an owner without any executable position gets to prison because of the criminal acts the managemenbt (execs) did.
Oops. This just remind me of two things:A few of the company execs are very likely going to prison, one of them extremely likely. Edvard Konig is likely to as well if he ever steps foot outside Slovenia.
1. As long any hasn't done anything wrong he don't get to jail. OK that's could be mor unusal in the US. But in europe it is a fact.
2. A real old story of Eberlein and the city of Nurenberg. When he was arrested he made it happen to get a horse and jumps over the city walls and flee. When he was jumping he called: "Nuremberg don't hang somebody as long as they don't have him arrested".
