Pretty much finished my current D4's Expansion and Season goals with the new class.
D4Citadel.jpgD4SBend.jpg
Done with my build and also did the new Raid that requires at least 2 person, luckily my oldest D2 friend picked up the game in Season 5 just in time for such content cause this I would NOT want to do with complete strangers/randoms. 'certain things needed team work and cordination so the voice chat helped a lot'
We went in blind so we had to figure out how stuff works but we managed via trial and error after a few tries each boss cause messing up a mechanic will fail the boss fight/insta kill you. 'both of our chars are stupid OP/playing one if not the strongest build in the game atm but the Raid mechanics cannot be simply facetanked/ignored ofc'
Rewards are pretty much only cosmetics and a mount so technically this content can be ignored, we just did it cause why not.

As for my next game/s I've started playing CoD Black Ops 6 on Gamepass since I kind of liked the CoD story mode in the games and now that its finally on Gamepass I can simply play that and then delete the game. 'I have zero interest in the multiplayer part and luckily it had an option to not even download that part of the game so that saved me a lot of space:)'
Codops61.jpg

The Pass package also includes Modern Warfare 3 which I'm also yet to play so thats next after I'm done with Black Ops. 'I'm trying to play and finish some games on pass before it expires on december 16'

After the post I saw I tried it again. I have been spending to much time playing AMS2 and LMU. It took me some time to get used to the driving. With the update this is much better than Dakar Rally. Which is a shame as I would rather spend time playing that. An entire season would take so long and then all the classes would need to be investigated but Friday after work I will be back in the Toyota.

Got only half of the achievements so I'm definitely revisiting sooner or later. And try different choices.

I also have the same thing to do with every other Life is Strange title on PC (platinum'd them on PS4 though) ;)

Playing frost punk…… I failed to find London in time… town hated me, tried building church but nope faith doesn’t work and inevitably the town banished me…. I was doing so well with resources too and then I got carried away scouting the wrong places….

And that game did RT well.
I think it was one of the earlier titles that even the 2080ti struggled with until the 30 series came. The only other title that matched it was metro exodus but not as gorgeous as control

I did play it, but I am not playing it right now cuz I forgot the name. This is where you guys can help. Reply to me here, if you know the name of the video game so I can get notifications.

It's a PVP shared screen 2d couch coop type. The graphics were very simple. Both players were dangling from a string. The players used a pole, similar to the one in athletic pole vaulting events.
The players attached themselves with the pole to the string and tried to knock each other off the string. The player who remained attached to the string won the game.

Hopefully, this won't get removed or banned by admins.

I just played Andromeda recently, 16gb should be plenty. Something must be off there, unless you are doing a lot of mods or have a ram leak from another program.

Your problem is elsewhere, even on a 32 GB RAM system I barely see the usage creep above 16GB. I wouldn't waste your time or money adding two sticks on a DDR4 system honestly. Rather, fix your memory leak. I bet Andromeda even runs on an 8GB rig.

EDIT: it does

not the place to discuss system-building advice (very offtopic). but yeah. 32 gb is the recommended. minimum is 16.
I upgraded from 16 to 32 and notice the difference. Not an expert, but the game will "eat" as much as it needs. Meaning that when I had 16, it will show that I had 76% memory usage. When I upgraded same game took more ram. Taking more ram it will allow it to run better. higher frames and more stable.

I'm not talking about memory leaks like Among Us PC port. Warzone was "fine" with 16 and so was AC Valhalla. After upgrade both games took more ram and saw higher FPS and they no longer lagged. What happens is that you will see fluctuations. Specially with Valhalla where it could lose 30-40 frames at a move of sudden camera. NO longer the case after added more ram.

This is the trap that people have with 8gb. Low end indie games run fine on 8gb. My friend has an old PC and used to play truck driver sim and Ashen in coop. The upgrade of 1 stick of 16gb made a huge difference. When he was being tricked saying that Win 7 was showing 80% RAM usage. He was like...why upgrade when it;s not even at 100%. With the price of a pizza he purchased 16gb and it was a big difference.

Personally I went overkill and maxed out my mobo with quad channel 32gb. My CPU and most cpus will never ever take advantage of quad since they don't have the architecture to know what to do with it. An i9 knows what to do with a quad, or a threadripper. But in some small cases, for example AMD has this tehnology ... I forgot. Anyways "gamernexus" did a video. Some games will have stable frames with quad channels (depending on many factors).

It's a very long story. But my mentality is this: RAM and Storage are easy / cheap upgrades. Your not gonna afford 4090, cuz it will bottleneck CPU and destroy PSU etc etc. Helping your rig by giving fastest SSD and best RAM is super beneficial. I worked hard to afford my 7800xt and that card needs all the help it can get.

Yep it should be fine.
I've finished the game on my at the time 1600X/RX 570 4GB and with 16 GB Ram and I can't recall crashes/running out of memory and I've had some long play sessions with that game.

For 1080p, 16GB is solid for a lot of games older than the last 3 years. For AAA titles that are current, you should be aiming for 24GB+, with 32GB being ideal ATM.

i get control was extremely demanding but i was able to run it at 30fps on 750 ti back when it was released. Maybe saying ultra settings was a bit too much but still i would fancy it would be fine at 4k low or medium without RT.

Oh good grief! Please stop.
all latest games i play with firefox 7-8 tabs open usage never gets close to 16gb. Mostly wanders around 12-14GB.
