No. Never found a need for it. What am I missing? Is it like RYZENMASTER for GPU's? Don't need that either.

Not the original one I suppose. They do screwed its reputation by switching internals in later revisions.
Wow wow, my drive feels insulted. It does its job good for almost 6 years now.
It was a best buy in its time. Cheaper and faster than competition. Mine is still going strong both as a system and a game library drive.

I spent way too much in these last few weeks but here's some of the stuff I bought:

Lian Li V3000 Plus (White) - just got this today from Micro Center (ruler for scale)

MSI MAG 321UPX

Amazon Fire HD 10 Tablet - got one for my sister and another for my mom for Christmas

GameSir Cyclone 2 with charging station - really liking the RGB lighting and feel of this controller

SANSUI ES-G27F2Q 27" 1440p 180Hz - got this for my brother-in-law for Christmas as he told me that he's currently using a 1080p 60Hz monitor and wanted to help him out. :)

Integra DRX-3.4 receiver - already had a decent Yamaha AVR but needed 4K 120Hz and found a good deal on this one

No well maybe I did buy mine a week or so after the review came out the controller is the correct one but the Nand is not

Wow wow, my drive feels insulted. It does its job good for almost 6 years now.
Yeah mine hasn't skipped a beat yet either but it's time for an upgrade so it'll now do duty as an portable drive for music/video in my car
And by shitty I meant what Adata did with this drive reviewers got the top of the line drive but then they started fucking with the specs different controller different Nand and still called it the same model

She has done well with her last nice laptop (with the exception of the time i had to put new hinges on it) so it's time to get her a new one.

The default MSI install of Windows is less than optimal or desirable. If you'd like to do a proper debloated install, head over to the Windows 11 Discussion thread and chime in.

Iterative training to optimize the image recognition system that powers the self-driving modes? Could be called AI and is not a bad thing.

But we digress. I have purchased a fuse block for a pickup truck to replace a corroded one.

Let's not go off-topic too much, but you didn't understood what I meant to say. I was triggered by this:
google AI thinks so...
Like there's something to think about in the first place (and let's not get into the fact that AI can't think, it's a machine, not a human being). Ryzen APUs in the Tesla cars is a well known thing in the tech world for years already. I'll see myself out now.

Ah yes, On the automotive front. Had to buy another set of LED fog lights and brackets (no one has any idea how one of the old ones got crunched of course and I mean CRUNCHED!). This is the 2nd time I've had to replace them. And some Powerstop front/rear ceramic brake pads to replace the junk pads the dealership installed. Having to hand wash the wheels once a week thanks to the copious amounts of dust they produce is maddening. This installation will be a spring job me tinks... I have a feeling the SIL will volunteer his services after he gets his Xmas present hehe. A new 3 ton jack, in black finish ;) he'll be itchin to roll that bad boy around the garage.

Just bought an Avermedia 4k pcie capture card off ebay. 85 bucks. Kinda a snafu. I offered a low number thinking they wouldn't take it, lol. At least now I can use the 100 4k video option on my Sony Mirrorless now. Crispy videos incoming. :)
I also ordered some Alphacool tubing for an update to my Ferrari XPS 512 mod (its my new tinker rig).
From Amazon, I picked up a 13100 cpu on the cheap for my storage server update. I wanted to lower power usage as it runs 24/7. I also picked up a Sabrent SD card USBC reader, some more cables and some watercooling fittings, some Kryonaut and a Roku for my shop TV and some more Govee LED light bulbs.

All holiday gifts have been purchased too, whew! I broke down and gave my wife her iPad already, lol.

I got a portable OLED, 15" 1080p one, for doing downstairs very-close armchair gaming that I stream from my main rig via Sunshine. The model I settled on is the Viewsonic VP16-OLED, because unlike many/nearly all in this size range, it has a decent panel that isn't Pentile.

It's not stripe RGB either, it's some weird diamond layout with bigger blue pixels, but it seems well designed and does have all subpixels unlike Pentile. Panel OEM seems to be a Chinese company, EverDisplay Optronics. But it's of good quality and I am quite happy with it. Has no ABL, and will pump 400nits out making it plenty excessively bright for any SDR work (doesn't support HDR but that's fine for my use case).

The subpixel layout for those curious:

Ahhh yeah, kaboom baby! That's what I am talking about! Early adopter right there. Congratz on the card. It's a beauty. Give it some productivity load as well, I'd be interested in the results.
