I am not even worried about the cores, 5950X is supposed to get the best that Zen 3 has to offer, and I really like clocks. But looks like the newer stuff has the clocks that I really want

I just made a Win11 USB in the middle of the night and I'll try that first. Linux was working fine so.... Maybe it really is a Windows thing, idk
I got my Peerless Assassin for like, 35 € (40 $), I think that's pretty insane for such a good cooler, I understand him completely
