No, that's not a ban. Ban the account sits. Like your unused one.I was bringing that up because some time ago I went off the air and forgot my credentials on here, so I created a new account and had the 2 merged. But if a person gets a ban and comes back under a different account they can face a permaban.
The deletion is complete and whole. Once it's applied, it is perma erased from the server. Gone. Forever. The content stays only. There's no longer anything to access to merge. Just words on a page now I'm afraid.
So we know for a fact, there where no infractions involved. It's all right there.
Wiz right clicks the name, selects administration for the account, clicks delete button. It may or may not ask if he's sure. This involves no point system. Simply click and gone.
