Fair enough. Was keeping a closer tab on it at launch, decided to pick up used mining GPUs the last couple of months. For us it's more about the 24GB than the performance and for the relatively small number I need I just grab them off ebay for about £700. No duds so far, but you do have to avoid the suspiciously-cheap £550 ones that clearly need re-padding or likely have other issues at that price.It was up when I posted, had been for an hour.
I think the modellers would like 4090 performance but their framerate isn't really mission-critical as long as what they're doing fits in VRAM.
