IW seems to have a framerate limit on it. It never goes above 125fps when vsync is turned off in the game or forced off or set to Fast mode in the driver. Kinda annoying when my monitor can do 144Hz and letting it freewheel in Fast mode makes for an awesomely smooth and low lag experience. At least I can set the monitor to 120Hz refresh with vsync and get perfectly smooth animation. I haven't had time to troubleshoot this more fully yet.
I'm currently on the latest WHQL driver 375.70 and might try the hotfix 375.76 driver even though the fixes aren't for this game. I suspect that it's actually just the game engine doing it however, much like Rage is capped at 60fps to this day. Perhaps a game patch will fix this?
