Intel is good for memory sensitive games because they don't always fit in cache, but 40ns memory means you don't need them to.

That's not great.

I have 54 ns latency, and I credit that for my FPS only fluctuating between 220-237 (frame cap) in the games I play.

13th gen 6/7/900K with either 8000 MT D5 memory or 4133 D4 memory tuned, with AMD GPU is the best for Warzone, since AMD GPU has slightly lower driver overhead compared to NVIDIA, and Warzone is an entirely CPU limited game.

5800X3D is good for things that fit within the 100 MB cache, but outside of that, it's a slower 5800X, and Intel is around 30-40% faster in single thread, plus has about the same memory latency advantage.

Plus an Optane DC P1600X for low latency accesses to system drive.

Latency is everything in gaming and responsiveness, tune for it and you won't regret.

Ignore 10 GB/s marketing numbers of Gen 5 SSDs and profit from 3-6x the speed of NAND in Q1T1 RND4K, i.e. what programs/OS actually use - there's still some Optane on the market, grab it while you can. Having basically zero cell degradation and for all intents and purposes infinite drive life, unless some power delivery is damaged is just another perk.

I plan to replace the RAM with such a "G.Skill TRIDENT Neo [F4-3600C14D-16GTZNA]" they are on B-die chips, and has an XMP profile of 3600 MHz (14-14-14-34).

Don't buy a 2x8 GB set. 2x16 GB will be faster and more appropriate for 2023.
Any 2x16 B die set will tune manually to 3800/14 with voltage. For example my own Dominator Platinum kit is 3200/14 stock, but I'm running 3933/14.

Absolutely not, I'm running a tuned 3733Mbps Dual Rank B-die and there are stutters in Warzone. The game is buggy, simple as that

You guys are doing something wrong. Either wrong gear, geardown mode, 2T command, or something. 3600/14 should be in the region of 60ns.

3600/14 should not be higher latency than 3600/18.

These are my settings, but you'll need to up your DRAM voltage to be stable.

I downloaded warzone 1 for the test, and it's just an incredibly well-optimized project compared to warzone 2.

Settings Ultra, Full HD, FPS 220-240, frame time 5-8 ms, loading RAM and video memory 16 GB approximately.

About 3-5°C in games, with a Scythe Fuma 2 and a Noctua A12x25 replacing the stock fans. But I haven't tested it extensively, mainly because I'd have to retest my CO curve again which I'm not keen on doing.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem with a 2700x and an rtx 2070.

I have stuttering mics exactly like the topic author but on all of my games.

Here's everything I've done so far and nothing has solved the problem.

- Bios update (Stock Bios, I just activated the docp)
- Update of the graphics card
- Graphics driver DDU
- Chipset/driver update
- Windows update
- Disabling g-sync
- Disabled dvr / game bar
- I bought a mixer (I think it chints the sound card of the motherboard) to see if the sound card of the motherboard could create worries
- Full screen/windowed no change
- Clean install of windows
- 6 hour ram test (memtest) RAS
- I tried to regularly clear the cached ram
- Change of screen which did not solve the problem
- Same problem at 60 fps, drop to 58 + micro freeze
- Uninstallation of msi afterburner, no change
- Changing the windows power profile, still the problem
- I tried to wire my mouse to see if the cause could be the bluetooh of the mouse, but the problem is still there
- High performance in nvidia control panel

I don't know what to do, if you have any leads I'm a taker.
