Just a heads up if you select "Manually select driver version" and then don't select anything, but then click next it crashes the program.

win 7 with 1070 there are 5 drivers to select, win 8.1 with 1070 there are 3 drivers to select.
If i dont select gef exp to install why donwload some of its files, while it still wont install.
After succesful installation, did it delete the downloaded files from the temp folder? Did i see it correctly?

Anyway, it looks useful, especially that All-Recommended-Minimum option i like

NVselectInstall………… since the emphasis is on the selection? NVsmartInstall maybe covers everything.

@W1zzard i edited my post that you may have missed, its getting stuck on a certain DLL file when i try and install GFE (all i want is driver, HDMI audio and GFE/shadowplay)

Right now it only has the last 5 drivers, yes. I'll add more, and show the correct driver for your hardware, too

Can we have an offline version with batched processing? Would be great for people like me who keep a local repository of drivers and want to create a bunch of cut down, silent-installing drivers.

Also, any love for Quadros (and related Quadro-specific features)?

I had used DDU a cupla times and the reason I stopped was that when I ran a registry cleaner afterwards, it still found stuff. Seemed to be OK when DDU date was after driver date ... but id a new driver came out after the version of DDU, then cleaning feg was req'd anyway. id like to make 1 recommendation for consideration as I wouldn't want you to be burdened with re-issuing utility every time nvidia has new released or beta drivers.

1. Add a checkbox for released or beta drivers or list available new drivers. For example:

Show last [ 5 ] most recent WHQL Drivers

NDM (Nvidia Driver Manager) version [1.12] has been tested with nVidia drivers up through WHQL 411.7 September 27, 2018. While it should detect and remove all components, it's ability to accomplish this goal has not as yet been offficially verified. On occasion something might be left behind. If any such omissions exist, this will be remedied in the next version.

Crash, if i choose use files on disk (select nothing), then next. And if i click on Browse then select nothing, then Next, crash again.

Installed limited driver options with every box ticked for GFE (i use shadowplay) and GFE crashes on launch - something from that first tab must be neccesary for it

might be good that when something is ticked, it auto selects any dependencies it requires

Need more info. Managing dependencies is planned, but first need to know them

Edit: Any chance you didn't install "NV Container" ?

i think it was NV container or telemetry i missed - got it working the 3rd or 4th try

As soon as you tick GFE, those should auto tick since they're required

For me with the older notebook:
Install best driver, i can click on Next but nothing happens.
Manually select - A dropdown menu says loading but nothing happens and showing nothing.
Readout seems working

tomorrow i will check on other systems too.
