You results are again very close to mine.
My setting is very stable though. I ran stability tests yesterday and it was solid.
With new drive for first time ever I was able to get my 6800XT stable close to 2750MHz setting.

Real frequency in range of 2670-2680MHz.
In light load scenes it hit 2700MHz.
My current setting is 2745MHz@1020mV. VRAM at 2110MHz.
MPT settings of 289W, 350A TDC and SoC TDC 63A, power limit in Radeon at 15%.
Today I will try by increasing TDC to 360A.
The score can go higher. It is at the moment TDC/power limited in Time Spy Graphics Test 2.
I may also increase power limit to 295W that would be 339W on core and total of around 384W for graphic card.
I am not sure if I should push it further as I have reference card with only 10phase Vcore.
I think yours has 14 phase.
Please AMD gives us more of such drivers.
