I don't know about DLAA but I'm pretty sure all the rest of the AA approaches are just Blur Filters. It blurs out the jaggies so you don't notice them as much but it also blurs the textures to a degree.

I believe you two are referring to Morphological Anti-Aliasing (AKA MLAA/SMAA) and its related-descendants.

Many 'methods' of Anti-Aliasing (such as MultiSample Anti-Aliasing: MSAA) have depreciated in use due to incompatibility w/ deferred rendering (and some post-processes). Which, have become common-use since 2007-2011->
So, @64K isn't entirely wrong in his very broad statement. Most AA methods available today are 'some kinda blur filter' or use proprietary technologies.
Hence, the menagerie of ATi/AMD- and nVidia-branded 'xx(x)AA' options, through the years. Some are descendants of MLAA, others are algorithmic or AI/MI post-processing (of a 'lesser degree' or more 'for-purpose' than FSR and DLSS.)
