Looks nice so far. What brand of psu is that? Not every 500w will power a 8800GT, if it came with the case im pretty sure it wont lol

Umm you can run a 8800GT on a good 450w like the Corsiar 450w. Brand is half of the psu's specs. I got a Rosewill psu, there quality is not the best but the specs on it are amazing for the price. 550w, Active PFC, 80+% eff, two +12v rails at 18a and 20a, great air flow, cool blue lights 8).

Hey man, Love you rig but i still think the Original viper case is better :)
Btw, if that's the power supply that came with the case, the XG ones tend to be really good, i've had mine for 2 and a half years and it's still running nice and stable keeping my 8800gt and C2D nicely overclocked. 7/10 overall.

edit : Had to use the same title for the thread didn't you lol! xD

Nice Machine and specs. I myself am not an intel fan. how does the newer viper case hold up? I have the older version and love it. the newer ones looked like they had too much plastic for me. Nice machine tho!

Here is a PSU calculator that will help to see if you can play with that 8800gt.
With psu you got to think of head room. That way you don't have to get a new Psu because you got what you needed and nothing more. IMO.
Good build and waiting on that cable management!

I like the case, but at this moment in time the cable management is appaling. With some work you could have an awesome looking rig :)
