lapped the cooler (says it will drop a couple c's) and then cut a square maye 1x1 or 2x2, big enough to sit ontop of the heatsinks base were the x-clamp goes. then put the x-clamp back on with the cardboard under the x-clamp. dropped my temps 12c...no joke.

I somewhat understand what you are saying but it would be awesome if you could post a couple of pics, im building a system with a ThermalRight Ultra 120 XTRM and im very intrigued by this, i cant find anything on google about it!!!, Guide material lol...

Your temp sensors are furbare'd... I'd get a proper temp sensor probe for it.
i doubt any cooling for a pc can or will reach 0° Kelvin.
