i need help overclocking this setup?

i need help overclocking this setup. i have never done it before and it has been in the stock setting since i got it. i cant find any help on how to overclock it correctly. it says i shold be able to overclock my processor and motherboard but dont know what to change? thinking of seeing if i could overclock it safely to "3.4ghz or 3.6ghz" ? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

thanks i tried that and it has "automatic over clock settings v6, v8 or v10" or i could switch it to "manual overclock". tried the manual one and i dont know what numbers to change the cpu, northbridge and voltages to to get the stable settings. i have it in the automatic v6 settings and it turbo boosts to 3.3ghz under full processor load but i want it to be there or higher "full time".
