The Radeon HD 7670 OEM was a graphics card by AMD, launched on January 5th, 2012. Built on the 40 nm process, and based on the Turks graphics processor, in its Turks XT variant, the card supports DirectX 11.2. The Turks graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 118 mm² and 716 million transistors. It features 480 shading units, 24 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. AMD has paired 512 MB GDDR5 memory with the Radeon HD 7670 OEM, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 800 MHz, memory is running at 1000 MHz (4 Gbps effective). Being a single-slot card, the AMD Radeon HD 7670 OEM does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 66 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x DVI, 1x DisplayPort 1.1, 1x VGA. Radeon HD 7670 OEM is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface. The card measures 145 mm in length, and features a single-slot cooling solution.
