The Radeon RX Vega M GH is a mobile graphics chip by AMD, launched on February 1st, 2018. Built on the 14 nm process, and based on the Polaris 22 graphics processor, in its VegaM XT variant, the chip supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Radeon RX Vega M GH. The Polaris 22 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 208 mm² and 5,000 million transistors. It features 1536 shading units, 96 texture mapping units, and 64 ROPs. AMD has paired 4 GB HBM2 memory with the Radeon RX Vega M GH, which are connected using a 1024-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1063 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1190 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz. Its power draw is rated at 100 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Rather it is intended for use in laptop/notebooks and will use the output of the host mobile device.
