The world's first monitor to incorporate a curved IPS screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio, the eye-catching 34-inch monitor provides remarkable picture quality and a range of convenient connectivity options. Also to be introduced at IFA 2014 will be the stunning Digital Cinema 4K Monitor (model 31MU97) and the feature-packed Gaming Monitor (model 24GM77), both combining superior performance with modern style and versatile functionality.

By adding a gentle curve to a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor, LG has created a unique product that delivers a more immersive experience.

This summer AOC is set to bring to market the u3477Pqu, a 34-inch monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a native resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. The upcoming ultra-wide display has a slim bezel design, makes use of an AH-IPS panel and features a 5 ms (GTG) response time, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 320 cd/m2 brightness, a four-port (dual 2.0 and dual 3.0) USB hub, built-in 3 W stereo speakers, and D-Sub, DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort inputs.

The AOC u3477Pqu is said to come out in July. No word on pricing though.
