ROCCAT, Turtle Beach's Hamburg, Germany-based PC team, today revealed its latest PC accessories debuting for European fans at Gamescom 2019. First is ROCCAT's Kain series of gaming mice featuring an all-new design with an innovative click-mechanism that registers the click signal up to 16 milliseconds faster than other mice, giving the Kain a speed advantage and letting players stay one click ahead of the competition. Additionally, ROCCAT introduces two new versions of its popular Vulcan mechanical keyboard. The Vulcan 121 AIMO is now available with a new switch alternative developed by ROCCAT, the Titan Switch Speed. The Vulcan 122 AIMO is the Arctic White color variant of the series. Rounding-out ROCCAT's latest PC products is the Sense AIMO Pad - a mousepad with built-in LED lighting that supports ROCCAT's unique AIMO light system.

The Kova AIMO, ROCCAT's most versatile mouse yet, is available now. With a design optimized for both left- and right-handed gamers alike, it is exceptionally adaptable. The mouse features quick-fire buttons that are intuitively placed on either side of the main top buttons to allow for fast, instinctive control. Together with the Titan wheel and additional side buttons, the Kova AIMO offers an impressive 20 possible functions.

It represents the latest addition to the AIMO family and boasts 16.8 million discrete color options. AIMO is both a lighting engine and an ecosystem at once. After their tease earlier this week, ROCCAT have formally introduced their Vulcan keyboard, the first keyboard solution fully developed in-house: from component selection, to keyboard design, all the way to the very switches that power users' inputs. ROCCAT says its development led to the Titan Switch tactile product that now sees the light of day on the Vulcan keyboard - and helps light users' days with its RGB lighting.

According to the company, ROCCAT "debounced the switch by reducing the mechanical shattering during actuation thanks to high quality materials and componentry. This allows the firmware to reliably identify key stroke signals 20% faster than competing keyboards." We couldn't test that particular claim, but we did get some "camera-on" time with the new Keyboard at COMPUTEX.

ROCCAT presents the Titan Switch Tactile, the first mechanical switch designed in-house in cooperation with TTC, a leading manufacturer in its field. The Titan Switch Tactile is the perfect synthesis of competitive speed, first-class typing feel and striking aesthetics.

ROCCAT's challenge was to make a more responsive and swift switch. The first step was to reduce the actuation point from 2 to 1.8 mm, keeping in focus the quality feel of the key stroke. In addition, the switch bouncing time was reduced by 20%, this was achieved by optimizing the ROCCAT firmware working in conjunction with high-quality components, therefore securing the stability of the switch.

ROCCAT Studios added the Horde AIMO to the AIMO illumination series, setting a new benchmark for keyboards. Designed and engineered completely from scratch with a view to delivering a gaming-optimized keyboard that was more precise than the competition: The Horde AIMO features unique Membranical keys which combine the strengths of mechanical and the silent and softly padded feel of standard gaming keyboards. The Horde AIMO also boasts quick-fire macro keys, a configurable Tuning Wheel plus multi-zone RGB illumination customizable in 16.8M colors, making it the most feature-rich rubber dome keyboard on the market.

Membranical represents the best of both worlds between standard and mechanical keyboards.
