Thermaltake Intros the Suppressor F31 Tempered Glass Edition Chassis

Thermaltake's drive to make variants of its cases with tempered glass side panels reached the Suppressor F31, the noise-suppressing full-tower chassis. The Suppressor F31 Tempered Glass Edition features a large, clear, 4 mm-thick tempered glass window on its left side panel letting you revel on your creation.

Measuring 497 x 250 x 515 mm (HxWxD), the case serves up room for graphics cards as long as 42 cm (27.8 cm with a detachable drive-cage in place); and CPU coolers as tall as 18 cm. Storage areas include a 3x 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drive cage that's detachable, and two 2.5-inch internal drive bays. Cooling features include two 140 mm (convertible to 1x 200 mm or 3x 120 mm) front intakes, three 120 mm (convertible to 2x 140 mm) top exhausts, a 140 mm rear exhaust, and a 140 mm bottom intake. The company didn't reveal pricing, but looking at the prices of currently released Tempered Glass Edition cases by Thermaltake, this case could ship at a 10% premium.

Cooltek Announces the TG-01 Midi Tower Chassis

Cooltek announced the TG-01 midi tower chassis. With the TG-01 we present a fine Midi-Tower with "tempered glass" elements at a particularly attractive price-performance ratio. The main feature of the TG-01 is without doubt the use of tempered glass as a design element0. Both the front and the left side panels are made of the hardened glass and give the case a unique classic character. The I/O panel with 2 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0 and the HD audio connectors can be found above the glass cover. The power button is located at the front of the top cover, as is the HDD- and Power-LED.

To maximize the benefits of a glass front, three LED fans are pre-installed on the inside of the front panel. We offer four different variants: each with three blue, red and green illuminated fans, as well as a version with RGB fans. The RGB version offers an RGB controller next to the power-button, which allows the user to switch between different colors and multiple light effects.

XIGMATEK Unveils the EDEN Mid-tower Chassis

XIGMATEK today unveiled the EDEN, an ATX mid-tower chassis featuring a prominent RGB multi-color LED lighting element along its front panel. The case features a horizontally partitioned internal layout that's contemporary, with the top compartment holding the motherboard tray, with room for graphics cards as long as 35 cm, and CPU coolers as tall as 16 cm; and the bottom compartment housing a 3x 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drive cage, and the PSU bay. AeroCool Announces the LS-5200 Mid-tower Chassis

AeroCool today unveiled the LS-5200 mid-tower chassis. Measuring 220 mm x 376.5 mm x 460 mm (WxDxH), this tall case is made mostly of SECC steel, and comes in two color options - all-black, and silver+black. It's characterized by a perforated front intake that runs the entire height of the case. With no 5.25-inch drive bays to conceal, this intake convers a 360 mm x 120 mm or 280 mm x 140 mm radiator slot. The case features a simple 2-zone fan controller accessible from the front-panel.

Under the hood, the LS-5200 features a horizontally-partitioned layout, the the bottom compartment completely enclosed. The motherboard tray has room for graphics cards as long as 34.6 cm (up to 37.1 cm with no front fans installed). Cooling includes three 120 mm (or two 140 mm) front intakes, two 120 mm top exhausts, and one 140 mm rear exhaust. Storage features include a 3x 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drive cage in the lower compartment, and mounts for four additional 2.5-inch SSDs behind the motherboard tray. The company didn't reveal pricing.

Raidmax today announced the Alpha, an ATX mid-tower chassis characterized by a large perforated-metal front panel, with RGB LED lighting. The lighting is handled by LED strips, and can be controlled using an included infrared remote control, which lets you set not just color, but also any of 22 multi-color lighting modes. The side panel features a large clear acrylic window. Internally, the case features a contemporary horizontally partitioned layout.

GIGABYTE Announces the Xtreme Gaming XC700W Chassis

GIGABYTE today announced the Xtreme Gaming XC700W chassis. This ATX full-tower case measures 593.5 mm x 240.5 mm x 546.6 mm (DxWxH), and is made of SECC steel, aluminium, and tempered glass. Its design consists of a steel framework that holds on to a tempered glass panel on the left side, and an aluminium panel that covers the front and right side panels of the case. It features RGB multi-color LED lighting forming accents along the edges of the aluminium panel, the front case badge, and a prominent "Xtreme Gaming" logo along the side panel.

Inside, the case isn't compartmentalized, although the drive cages are detachable to free up more room. The motherboard tray can hold ATX and EATX motherboards, with up to 8 expansion slots. You get room for add-on cards as long as 430 mm, and CPU coolers as tall as 170 mm. There are no 5.25-inch bays, but you get a drive cage with three 3.5-inch bays (convertible to 2.5-inch), and three 2.5-inch mounts behind the motherboard tray. Ventilation includes a 140 mm rear exhaust, and 3x 120 mm top exhausts (convertible to 2x 140 mm). Front panel connectivity includes two each of USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports; and HDA audio jacks. The company didn't reveal pricing.

Raijintek Intros the Paean Tempered Glass Dual-Compartment Chassis

Raijintek announced availability of the Paean tempered-glass dual-compartment chassis. This vertically-partitioned case features 5 mm-thick tempered glass panels on its sides, with metal (aluminium and steel) making up only the motherboard tray with PSU and drive mounts on its reverse side; and the beams holding the panels in place. The glass panels feature a dark tint, while the aluminium motherboard tray has a black, brushed-metal finish.

The Raijintek Paean can hold standard ATX, micro-ATX, and mini-ITX motherboards. The tray has room for graphics cards as long as 31 cm with a front reservoir in place, or up to 40 cm, with a vertically placed reservoir and no additional drive caddies in place; and CPU coolers as tall as 14 cm. Nanoxia Announces the CoolForce 1 Chassis

REEVEN Announces the Koios MATX Chassis

REEVEN announced the Koios, a cube-type micro-ATX case, which collapses along a hinge for easy access to the hardware under its hood. The case features a horizontally dual-compartment design, with the motherboard tray being along the plane of the base. The tray can hold micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards; graphics cards up to 340 mm in length, and CPU coolers up to 180 mm in height.

The bottom compartment of the REEVEN Koios houses the PSU bay, and two drive-cages - one with a pair of 3.5-inch bays, and another with a pair of 2.5-inch bays. A separate drive cage mounted along the front panel provides an exposed 5.25-inch bay, an exposed 3.5-inch bay, and a concealed 2.5-inch bay. This case hence holds up to 7 drives. Ventilation includes a 140 mm front intake, and a 120 mm rear exhaust. The top and side panels have acrylic windows. Front-panel connectivity includes USB 3.0 ports and HDA jacks. XIGMATEK Announces the Talon-H Full-tower Chassis

XIGMATEK today announced the Talon-H full-tower chassis. Measuring 640 mm x 250 mm x 685 mm (LxWxH), the case is made mostly of SECC steel and ABS plastic. It features a single-compartment interior, with a vast motherboard tray that can house HPTX, E-ATX, XL-ATX motherboards, besides common ATX form-factors. It features 10 expansion slots. The tray CPU cooler easy-access holes in two locations, indicating that it is designed for dual-socket workstation builds. The tray has room for add-on cards as long as 400 mm, and CPU coolers as tall as 200 mm.

Drive storage areas in the XIGMATEK Talon-H include four exposed 5.25-inch drive bays, and thirteen 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drives across three detachable drive cages. Lian-Li's PC-Q37 Brings Tempered Glass to Small Form Factor Builds

Lian-Li, the renowned Taiwanese computer case and accessories manufacturer, has announced immediate availability of their PC-Q37 computer case, a dual-chambered mini-ITX model with large tempered glass in the front and side panels. According to the company, this latest chassis fuses the best of the Q-series and O-series for a new standard in small form factor (SFF) PC cases.

The PC-Q37 is split into two compartments to make tidy builds a breeze. The main compartment mounts the motherboard, expansion cards and cooling equipment, while the back compartment hides the PSU and drive racks. This layout allows builders to highlight their best bits with oversized tempered glass, while effortlessly keeping wires and other unsightly components tucked away.

DeepCool Announces the D-Shield Mid-tower Chassis

DeepCool announced the D-Shield, a new mainstream ATX mid-tower chassis. Its design is characterized by a large faux-metal front panel with dark, brushed-aluminium appearance; a large, and clear-acrylic side-panel window over the top compartment. Lian Li PC-V3000 Prototype Chassis Pictured

Here are some of the first pictures of Lian Li PC-V3000, the company's upcoming flagship chassis. Characterized by Lian Li's favorite material, aluminium, the case features the company's signature design language, with dark, brushed-aluminium exteriors, and silvery aluminium interiors. The company released pictures of a prototype case, with a final release out later this year. Keeping up with the times (i.e. horizontal partition), the PC-V3000 features a vast twin-compartment layout, only that the motherboard layout is inverted (opens out at the right side, with the motherboard being positioned BTX-style).

The Lian Li PC-V3000 has room for ATX and E-ATX motherboards, with room for graphics cards with lengths in the neighborhood of 40 cm, and coolers with heights around 20 cm. The bottom compartment is further partitioned vertically, with the left-side compartment housing the PSU bay and a 3x 3.5-inch drive-cage; while the right-side compartment either serves up room for your liquid cooling gear (such as a 420 mm x 140 mm radiator), or additional 2.5-inch drives. The motherboard tray has three drive mounts on its reverse side. Cooling includes 3x 140 mm side intake, 120 mm rear exhaust, and 3x 120 mm top exhausts.

AeroCool Announces the Project 7 - Chassis 1

Akasa today unveiled its Venom LX mid-tower chassis. Designed with a contemporary internal horizontally partitioned layout, the case serves up room for an ATX or E-ATX motherboard with graphics cards up to 370 mm in length, and CPU coolers 170 mm in height. The two 5.25-inch drive bays are non-intrusive in design. Other drive bays include two 3.5-inch inside the bottom compartment, and three 2.5-inch along either sides of the motherboard tray.

Cooling features include two 240 mm x 120 mm radiator mounts, one each along the front- and top-panels; and a 120 mm rear exhaust. The standard variant (A-ATX03-A2B) features an opaque side-panel, although variants with large acrylic windows (clear A-ATX03-A3B, tinted A-ATX03-A1B) are also available. Front panel connectivity includes three USB 3.0 ports, and HDA audio jacks. Measuring 520 mm x 445 mm x 200 mm, the case weighs 4.8 kg. The company didn't reveal pricing or availability information.

Sharkoon Announces the S25 Mid-tower Chassis
