be quiet! Introduces New Light Wings LX Fan Series

be quiet!, the German manufacturer for premium PC components, is adding a new model range to its extensive fan portfolio. Light Wings LX joins the existing, award-winning Light Wings fan series to enable builds with impressive lighting effects thanks to ARGB LEDs for front and rear fan blade illumination. Featuring numerous performance-enhancing features such as optimized fan blades, Light Wings LX hits the sweet spot between high performance and quiet operation, with regular versions designed as optimal case fan solution and high-speed versions to provide maximum performance for heat sinks and radiators. Light Wings LX comes in two sizes (120 mm and 140 mm) and two colors (black and white).

Vibrant lighting, outstanding variability, great flexibility
Thanks to an impeller with 16 ARGB LEDs to illuminate the front and back of the frosted fan blades, Light Wings LX offers breathtaking lighting effects. Light Wings LX doesn't just look good, though: its silence-optimized fan blades are designed for great performance with low noise-generating turbulences and a low starting rpm allows for silent builds. Light Wings LX 120 mm PWM and Light Wings LX 140 mm PWM offer 7 blades for high airflow, making them ideally suited as case fans, while Light Wings LX 120 mm PWM high-speed and Light Wings LX 140 mm PWM high-speed have no less than 9 blades to produce the high pressure (up to 2.51 mm/H2O) needed for radiators and heatsinks. The high-speed versions also include be quiet!'s unique closed-loop motor technology to ensure the fan speed remains constant, no matter the air resistance.

be quiet! Announces the Light Loop AIO Liquid CPU Coolers

be quiet!, the German manufacturer for premium PC components, is proud to announce the latest AIO series in its cooling portfolio: Light Loop. This water cooling series focuses on cooling capabilities and vivid lighting effects. An ARGB cooling block with a unique diffuser and ARGB-enabled Light Wings LX fans allow for impressively vibrant and colorful illumination. The jet plate and cold plate are optimized for enhanced performance, while a progressive IC keeps the pump noise low, making Light Loop the perfect match for users with overclocked systems. Light Loop is available in black and white versions with 240 mm and 360 mm radiators.

It's hard to overlook Light Loop. With up to 64 LEDs in total on the uniquely illuminated cooling block and the brand-new, visually imposing Light Wings LX 120 mm PWM high-speed fans this AIO series leaves a vibrant, lasting impression in every PC. The included ARGB-PWM-hub connects up to 6 PWM fans and 6 ARGB components to just one PWM and one ARGB header on the motherboard, for full ARGB synchronization of all lighting effects. The hub can be positioned anywhere inside the case with adhesive tape or screw holes that match 2.5" SSD mounting.

Pure Base 501 is aimed at users who are looking for a very flexible case with compact dimensions and who appreciate a timeless, traditional design without ARGB features. The case supports motherboards with ATX, micro-ATX or Mini-ITX form factor and cooling is handled by two Pure Wings 3 140 mm PWM fans in the front and rear of the case. Water cooling radiators are supported up to 360 mm and Pure Base 501 supports optional vertical graphics card installation. A decoupled double HDD cage is included for versatile storage options and the clever cable routing design keeps the interior tidy. Like its predecessor, Pure Base 501 is available in several versions: for maximum silence, the case is available in a black version with a closed front and steel side panel. The cases are scheduled for a release in November and come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

be quiet! Unveils New Light Wings LX Fans and Light Loop AIO CPU Liquid Cooler at Computex 2024

In addition to new cases, a successor to the well-known Dark Rock CPU air cooler series, and new cases, be quiet! also brought new Light Wings LX series of fans and the new Light Loop AIO CPU liquid cooler to the Computex 2024 show. As expected, be quiet! is following the ARGB trend, but also taking it to a new level without compromising the performance, with both Light Wings LX fan series and the Light Loop AIO cooler.

As said, the Light Wings LX fan series obviously focuses on the lighting, but be quiet! was keen to note that the series will maintain reliable cooling and performance as well. In order to take the ARGB lighting to the next level, be quiet! is using both illuminated impeller and frosted fan blades, and integrates a total of 16 LEDs. These will still be available in black and white color options, 120 mm and 140 mm sizes, as well as PWM and PWM high-speed versions. The PWM version comes with seven fan blades and spins up to 1,600 RPM for the 120 mm and 1,200 RPM for the 140 mm version, while the PWM high-speed uses nine optimized fan blades and spins up to 2,100 RPM for the 120 mm and up to 1,800 RPM for the 140 mm version. Both also have low-starting RPM for quiet operation, use long-life rifle bearing, and have daisy-chain ability. be quiet! expects the new Light Wings LX fan series to launch in September, with price ranging from $19/$20 for both standard PWM and PWM high-speed single 120/140 mm Light Wings LX fan.
