The long-waiting dual Ethernet ports MINISFORUM mini PCs are finally here! MINISFORUM releases its NAB6 mini PCs. For processors, NAB6 uses Intel i7-12650H CPU. i7-12650H has 10 cores (6 performance-cores and 4 efficient-cores) and 16 threads with 24 MB cache, doubling the cache size of i5-12450H. More over, its boost clock is 4.7 GHz. It can easily handle office work. Thanks to the Intel 12 gen iGPU, it supports quad 4K displays.

Design wise, MINISFORUM uses the white chassis with the logo on the top for their intel chip mini PCs as always and it looks very clean and simple. The chassis is designed to be very upgrade friendly as well. Simply press the top plate with hand and the plate will pop up immediately for users to upgrade its RAM and SSD. No other tools are needed. For the cooling part, NAB6 uses the brand new active SSD heat sink design and side cooling vent. It can effectively dissipate heat from RAM and SSD.

It's almost cherry-blossom season in Japan, and MINISFORUM released a special edition mini PC to mark it. The UM773 SE has a pastel pink body color along with a cherry-blossom print. Under the hood, it rocks an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor (6 nm, Zen 3+, "Rembrandt Refresh" silicon), with an 8-core/16-thread CPU, and a 12-CU RDNA2 iGPU (Radeon 680M). You get two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots to drop in your own memory, and an M.2-2280 NVMe SSD slot with PCI-Express 4.0 x4 wiring, to use your own SSD, and a 2.5-inch drive bay with SATA 6 Gbps.

Networking connectivity on the MINISFORUM UM773 SE include 2.5 GbE, WiFi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.2. USB connectivity includes USB4, for a type-C port that supports DisplayPort passthrough from the iGPU. There are a couple of 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 type-C ports, a couple of such type-A ports, and a couple of USB 2.0 type-A. A couple of HDMI ports, and HD audio make for the rest of it. The box measures 127 mm x 128 mm x 47 mm (WxDxH). The UM773 SE is sold either as a barebones that lacks memory and SSDs; or as prebuilts with 1x 16 GB, 2x 8 GB, and 2x 16 GB memory; each with a 512 GB NVMe SSD.

Update Mar 10th: MINISFORUM confirmed the US price of the UM773 SE to be $429 for the barebones, $579 for the prebuilt with 16 GB memory and 512 GB SSD, $639 for the one with 32 GB memory and 512 GB SSD, and $679 for the top model with 32 GB memory and 1 TB SSD storage.

On January 7th, the Minisforum UM773 was launched in China with the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor and received widespread praise from consumers. Now, the new version of UM773, UM773 Lite, has arrived globally with a more affordable price. Considering that users usually connect external keyboards and mouses, the two USB 3.2 ports have been replaced with USB 2.0 ports. All other design will be the same as UM773. The price, however, will be more favorable.

The new UM773 Lite features the new AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, AMD Radeon 680M Integrated Graphics, DDR5 dual-channel memory, PCIe 4.0 SSD, and the most advanced USB4 Type-C port. Minisforum announced its first Mars series mini PC MC560 last December, and today it is finally going on sale. Unlike previous versions, the MC560 upgrades the CPU from Ryzen 5 5600U to Ryzen 5 5625U. It has 6 cores and 12 threads and is based on the Zen 3 architecture. The based clock is 2.30 GHz and can be boosted up to 4.30 GHz. The chip is manufactured on the 7 nm TSMC process. The MC560 is different from other mini PCs. It is an all-in-one conference mini PC that combines feature of computer, camera, mic and speakerphone all together to reduce wasted space and cross cabling by taking off unnecessary devices.

It has a 2.5K webcam with HDR support and a 93.8-degree field of view. The adjustable base offers 10°tilt change to the view. With the help of 4 Ω/3 W dual independent speaker design, the maximum sound distortion does not exceed 5%, reflecting authentic human voice. The microphone uses the MEMS dual array with an independent DSP chip for assistance. Combined with the AI intelligence algorithm, it can not only suppress the reverberation, intelligently recognize human voice, but also eliminate environmental noise, thereby accurately restoring human voice.

Minisforum unveiled the new Intel 12th Mini PC NUCG5 with dual 40 Gbps thunderbolt 4 ports today. Equipped with the powerful Intel Core i5-1240P chip, NUCG5 is even more powerful, capable, and affordable for the edge, business, or home. The Intel Core i5-1240P is a mid-range Alder Lake-P family SoC with 12 cores/16 threads. It has 12 MB of L3 cache and operates at 1700 MHz by default, but it can boost up to 4.4 GHz, depending on the workload. It also integrates the 80 EU Intel Iris Xe Graphics that can run up to 1.30 GHz.

Measuring 109.5 mm long, 110.5 mm wide and 61.6 mm high, NUCG5 is even smaller than the Minisforum UM series lineup such as Minisforum UM560. The dual Thunderbolt 4 ports design makes it stand out among other members.

Minisforum introduced a new variant called HX99G in its Neptune portfolio today. It is an upgraded version of the first member, the HX90G (5900HX processor + RX6600M GPU), which was announced in May 2022 before going up for sale in September 2022. The Neptune HX99G looks practically identical to the HX90G. Measuring 205 x 203 x 69 mm (8.1" x 8" x 2.7"), both models feature 45 watts, 8-cores/16-threads graphics and the same laptop-class discrete GPU. However, it updates the Ryzen 9 5900HX with a faster Ryzen 9 6900HX and replaces the two DP ports with two speedier USB4 ports.

R9 6900HX integrates all eight cores based on the Zen 3+ microarchitecture. It's clocked at 3.3 (guaranteed base clock) to 4.9 GHz (max boost). Ryzen 6000 brings a slew of technological advancements, like support for USB 4, PCI-E Gen 4, DDR5-4800MT/s, WIFI 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. The other AMD performance component is the RDNA 2 graphics architecture Radeon RX 6600M (GDDR6 8 GB) with a TDP of up to 100 watts. Users can expect to utilize the full performance of this dedicated GPU to handle professional-class photo and video editing as well as content creation. Also, this GPU packs enough firepower to hit 60 frames per second at 1080p (depending on the specific game and settings).

Everyone is teleconferencing right now, and working from home is becoming common. That's why Minisforum is introducing an unusual computer MC560 today, a mini PC comes with a 2.5K QHD HDR webcam. It also belongs to a new lineup called Mars, which aims to combine trends and innovations between small form factor desktops and other superior technologies.

MC560 is powered by Ryzen 5 5600U, a 6-core/12-thread chip that clocked at 2.30 (guaranteed base clock) to 4.2 GHz (turbocharged) with 16 MB of level 3 cache. Minisforum has launched a new mini PC UM690 of its Venus Series. The new UM690 featuring AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX, AMD Radeon 680M Integrated Graphics, DDR5 dual-channel memory, PCIe 4.0 SSD, and the most advanced USB4 Type-C port. It is also their first mini PC with AMD 6000 series CPU.

Ryzen 9 6900HX is one of AMD's most powerful Ryzen 6000 processors, features 8 cores and 16 threads, with a maximum turbo clock of 4.90 GHz with a default TDP targeted at 45 W. The integrated GPU, Radeon 680M, based on RDNA2 architecture, has 12 CUs up to 2.4 GHz. Thanks to liquid metal and smart fan in thermal design, UM690 can run at low noise even in full speed. UM690 supports total up to 64 GB dual-channel DDR5-4800 MHz memory, also different types of storage expansions—1×M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD and 1×2.5 inch SATA HDD Slot (SATA 3.0 6.0 Gb/s 7 mm).

The Minisforum Neptune HX90G all-AMD high-performance mini-PC went on sale at introductory prices. The lunchbox-sized mini-PC packs some serious kit, which includes an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX "Zen 3" 8-core/16-thread processor, Radeon RX 6600M RDNA2 graphics with 8 GB VRAM, memory options that include dual-channel DDR4 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB; and storage options that include a M.2 NVMe Gen 4 SSD with up to 512 GB capacity. You can also buy it as a barebones, and drop in your own SSD and DDR4 SO-DIMM memory.

What's new here are the introductory prices. The barebones (which gives you the processor and GPU, but not memory or SSD), is priced at $799, down from its $940 regular price. The model with 2x 8 GB memory and 512 GB SSD, is priced at $909, compared to its $1,069 regular price. The 2x 16 GB memory + 512 GB SSD model is going for $969, compared to $1,129 regular price. The top model with 2x 32 GB RAM + 512 GB SSD, can be had at $1,079, compared to its $1,269 regular price.

MINISFORUM today announced their UM580 mini PC, which is listed in their Venus series, to provide ultimate performance and work flexibility with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor & Radeon Graphics. UM580 is the upgrade version of the UM560 mini PC with a stronger CPU, more powerful adapter, and better heat sink. It is a multi-purpose mini computer designed for use in a variety of solutions, such as gaming, home office, media center/HTPC, printer management PC, digital signage, or mass-deployment enterprise IT solutions.

The AMD Ryzen 7 5800H is a high-performance octa-core processor of the Cezanne product family. It is originally designed for gaming laptops. But now Minisforum finds a way to put it in the UM580 mini PC. It is 8 cores, and 16 threads. Its base clock is 3.2 GHz and can be boosted up to 4.4 GHz. It has 16 MB of L3 cache and 35 W of TDP.

Minisforum is going to launch two new Intel chip mini PCs which are named NUCXI5 and NUCXI7. Both of them will share the same case design, equipped with a discrete graphics card, and will come with a thunderbolt port to perform ultimate gaming performance. The Minisforum NUCXI5 is equipped with Intel Core i5-11400H CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. The Intel Core i5-11400H is a high-end Hexa-core SoC that was announced in mid-2021. It belongs to the Tiger Lake H45 family. It has 6 cores and 12 threads and can be boosted up to 4.5 GHz. The CPU offers a 12 MB L3 cache and supports DDR4-3200 memory. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile is an Ampere graphics card that was announced in 2021. It is based on the GA106 Ampere chip and offers 6 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory.

The other one, Minisforum NUCXI7, uses an even more powerful CPU and GPU which is Intel Core i7-11800H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. The Intel Core i7-11800H is a high-end Octa-core SoC that was also announced in mid-2021. It has 8 cores, and 16 threads that can be boosted up to 4.6 GHz. The CPU offers 24 MB of Level 3 cache and supports DDR4-3200 memory. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Mobile was also announced in 2021. It offers 8 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory with a 256 Bit memory bus.

The new mini PC will be listed in the Minisforum's new product series - Neptune Series, which is for all their mini PCs with discrete graphics. Some of the upcoming products including AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with AMD Radeon RX 6650M, AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with AMD Radeon RX 6650M and Intel 12th gen Alder Lake with AMD discrete graphics. The first one will be HX90G, which is equipped with Ryzen 9 5900HX and Radeon RX6650M. It is also the world's first mini PC with AMD discrete graphics.

The HX90G will have the latest body design which is only 2.8L. It will have 7 heat pipes (3 for CPU and 4 for GPU) and dual smart fan inside, liquid metal for both CPU and GPU, The excellent heat dissipation design enables the HX90G to maintain relatively low noise even in full load. Besides CPU+GPU under 100% usage will consume 50 W and 100 W separately. It will use a 260 W power adapter. According to Minisforum, Radeon RX 6650M can run at 100% without performance loss.

The Elitemini B550 mini PC will be using the AMD B550 chipset. Minisforum will sell it with two different CPU options including AMD Ryzen 7 4700G (base clock 3.6 GHz, boost clock 4.4 GHz) and AMD Ryzen 7 5700G (base clock 3.8 GHz, boost 4.6 GHz). Customers can replace the CPU with their own one if they want. It supports AM4 socket Ryzen 4000/5000 series CPUs with TDP lower or equal to 65 W (so it doesn't support 5950X/5900X/5800X ). The motherboard supports up to 64 GB of RAM and it has two M.2 2280 SSD slots. Depending on which CPU that you use, the B550 can support PCIe 4.0. It has AMD RZ608 so it supports Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 6.

Since some of the CPUs supported doesn't have an integrated GPU, the computer has to work with discrete GPU. So the computer package will come with an expansion dock which can be easily connected with the computer and discrete GPU. Please be noted that the package doesn't include the discrete GPU nor the PSU to power the discrete GPU.

MinisForum is a small mini PC manufacturer, known for their Ryzen series of mini PCs. Earlier this month they released information about their upcoming Ryzen 5000X series mini PC which will come with a dedicated graphics card. Finally today they have unveiled this Intel chip mini PC: TH50. MinisForum's previous Intel chip mini PC was the TL50, which came with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor and was launched in May this year. The new model, called the TH50, is more powerful than the TL50, comes with Windows 10 Pro and is compatible with Windows 11.

The EliteMini TH50 is powered by the 11th generation Intel Core i5 processor "Intel Core i5-11320H" and is compliant with Intel Iris Xe Graphics with built-in graphics for high performance to handle everyday slightly higher load task use; the Intel Core i5-11320H processor with built-in Intel Torch Xe graphics allows you to toy with light games with lots of high quality images, and by lowering the image quality setting, even slightly heavier games can be played comfortably. It performs well in content editing software such as Photoshop and Premiere as well as popular games such as APEX and GTA5.

MinisForum, a small mini PC manufacturer, is famous for its Ryzen series mini PC. Earlier this month they released information about their upcoming Ryzen 5000X series mini PC which will comes with a dedicated graphics card. It is still not sure when they will launch this Ryzen mini PC. But we can expect that there is Intel chip mini PC coming soon from them.

The previous Intel chip mini PC from MinisForum was TL50, which is equipped with Intel core i5-1135G7 processor and was launched in May. The new model, called TH50, is going to be more powerful which will come with Intel Core i5-11320H Processor. It is 4-core/8-thread. Base clock can vary from 2.5 to 3.2 GHz based on the TDP setting and can be boosted up to 4.5 GHz (while i5-1135G7 can run from 0.9/2.4 GHz to 4.2 GHz).

Minisforum have recently published a press release teasing an upcoming mini PC based on the AMD B550 platform and configurable with up to a Ryzen 9 5900X in addition to lower-tier processors such as the 5600X, 5700G, and 5600G. The PC will also feature a dedicated graphics card however the specific model was not named by the company with the only provided details being a power budget for the entire device between 120 W to 1000 W and dimensions of 16.65 cm x 15.8 cm x 6.7 cm. The company has also published images of the device showing the rear connectivity which includes 2.5 GbE Ethernet, x4 USB 3.0 Type-A, x2 USB Type-C, x2 HDMI, x1 DisplayPort, and separate headphone/microphone jacks. Today, MinisForum launched a pre-sale campaign for a quite interesting product, CR50. It comes with the AMD 4700S 8-Core processor kit and AMD Radeon RX550 Graphics. It is designed as a multi-purpose mini computer from quick app startup and web browsing to serious productivity in business applications, everything is fast and responsive.

The AMD 4700S processor kit is an all-in-one soldered design with AMD processor, cooler, memory and motherboard. Its 8 ultra-responsive processor, with 16 thread, is built using the same AMD 7nm "Zen 2" architecture that powers AMD Ryzen processors to deliver incredible performance for multitasking and heavy workloads. It has total L1 cache of 512 KB, total L2 cache of 4 MB and total L3 cache of 8 MB. The processor can be boosted up to 4.0 GHz. On AMD's site, it lists several compatible graphics for the 4700S kit. The CR50 from MinisForum will be using Radeon RX550 Graphics. The 4700S kit is currently only available in Asian market but you can certainly buy it as a whole CR50 mini PC from MinisForum site.

Minisforum today announced their EliteMini X500, which is the upgraded version of their X400 mini PC, to provide ultimate performance and work flexibility with AMD Ryzen 7 5700G processor and Radeon Graphics. X500 is a multi-purpose mini computer designed for use in a variety of solutions, such as a home office, media center/HTPC, printer management PC, digital signage, or mass-deployment enterprise IT solution.

The 65 W eight-core 16-thread Ryzen 7 5700G comes with a 3.8 GHz base and a 4.6 GHz boost clock, 16 MB of L3 cache, and eight Radeon RX Vega CUs that operate at 2.0 GHz. As with all Zen 3 processors, the Ryzen 5000G chips step up from DDR4-2933 to DDR4-3200 interface, which will help boost gaming performance with the integrated GPU.

Minisforum today announced the EliteMini HX90 mini PC featuring a liquid metal cooled AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and integrated AMD Radeon Graphics. The AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX is an overclockable 8 core, 16 thread Zen 3 mobile processor with a base clock of 3.3 GHz and a boost clock of 4.6 GHz. The processor also includes integrated Radeon RX Vega 8 graphics running at 2.1 GHz which offers respectable integrated performance. This processor is cooled with a single cooling fan paired with a liquid metal thermal compound which Minisforum claims allows for 30 dB sound levels under full load. The EliteMini HX90 is constructed with carbon fiber materials and measures 195 x 190 x 60 mm with an integrated VESA mounting bracket while weighing in at 1.22 kg.

The HX90 includes two onboard DDR4 SO-DIMM memory slots which can support up to 64 GB of DDR4 3200 MHz memory. The PC also includes impressive storage options for a unit of its size with dual 2.5" drive bays and a full-size M.2 2280 slot. Minisforum has equipped the device with an Intel AX200 network card for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 in addition to a 2.5 GbE Ethernet port, x5 USB 3.0 Gen 1, x1 USB-C, x2 HDMI, x2 DisplayPort, and four 3.5 mm audio connectors. This is all powered from an external 19 V 6.3 A DC power supply which supplies 119.7 W.

The AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX was announced in early 2021 and while it has seen strong adoption in the laptop market we are yet to see any Mini-PCs equipped with the processor. This looks set to change as Hong Kong company Morefine have recently announced the S500+ Mini PC featuring the 8-core, 16-thread Ryzen 9 5900HX. The Morefine S500+ can be equipped with up to 32 GB of DDR4-3200 or LPDDR4-4266 memory along with a 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD in addition to a 2.5" drive bay. The computer includes WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connectivity along with DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, and 2.5 GbE Ethernet. Morefine isn't the only company planning a Ryzen 9 5900HX Mini-PC with Minisforum confirming to VideoCardz that they also have a product under development. The two companies haven't officially confirmed pricing or availability for these upcoming products.
