A lot of manufacturers are utilizing the new USB 3.0 interface to bring out new hard drive enclosures. Since ADATA is a company in the storage business, it makes sense to offer a unit using a pre-installed drive with the new interface. The Classic CH11 makes a good impression, but offers a no frills package with performance that is expected when connected to the third generation Unversal Serial Bus. On USB 2.0, it does show some weakness as write speed could be higher though. Overall you should be happy with the drive and the stickers are a nice little touch for those who want to personalise their storage medium a bit. The biggest selling point of the CH11 is most likely not its performance or the choice of three colors, but the selling price. At the time of this review, it was one of the cheapest, brand name drives out there.
