Initial Setup



Installed in both my test systems, looking at the DIMMs straight-on, the individual LEDs are the first thing to stand out. Despite having a light diffusing bar, these lights shine exceptionally bright, and it is easy to distinguish each LED.

The next instantly recognizable issue with these LEDs is that each end of the memory does not carry the light all the way, leaving them with a unlit grayish tone. With most RGB memory, the lights are part of the selling point, and these simply fail to meet expectations visually.
