Ajazz K620T 2.0 Keyboard Review

Introduction

Ajazz Logo

Ajazz is another of those brands you may not have heard of, a brand I was personally only somewhat aware of because of discussions I had read through online. The company sells peripherals with an emphasis on color schemes far beyond the usual black or white. This is another brand under the Epomaker umbrella, which is how I got to know more about it, including that their previously launched keyboard was quite successful both in crowdfunding and the retail sales thereafter. The original K620T was a hybrid USB/Bluetooth keyboard with a built-in slot for mobile devices, such as tablets, and had decent features that made potential customers just want hot-swappable switches and a few different color schemes. As it turns out, Ajazz and Epomaker agreed, and today sees the launch of the updated K620T 2.0.

By launch, I mean that they took the Kickstarter route again. As with the Marsback M1, the goal of this review is an in-depth look at the keyboard to help interested readers make an informed purchasing decision if they do not already fancy the keyboard for other reasons. A few things have stayed the same here, and the guts of the keyboard are in fact essentially identical to their previous keyboard. There are two color options this time around, either a pastel blue or pink that also matches the Ajazz blue and pink switches respectively. Hot-swappable switches make for the biggest addition otherwise, with a few other minor updates around the PCB and stabilizers to achieve it. Thanks again to Epomaker for sending a review sample to TechPowerUp!
