Overclocking worked slightly worse than with the 2500G, where we reached 4.0 GHz. The maximum clock of our 2200G was 3.9 GHz using 1.45 V, which is still close enough, but a little bit above what I'd consider safe for all-day use. With a bit of luck, your CPU should be able to handle 4.0 GHz with less voltage.
