Unlike older AM4 CPUs, the Ryzen 9000 series Granite Ridge processors include an integrated GPU, which AMD has designed to be "good enough to light up a display, but not for gaming." For the vast majority of every day tasks like productivity, internet browsing and media playback this is perfectly sufficient. The iGPU is identical to the one on Ryzen 7000—it is based on the RDNA 2 architecture, with just two CUs or 128 cores. In terms of codecs you get encode support for H.265 and H.264 and decode support for AV1. VP9. H.265 and H.264. The graphics cores are clocked at a frequency of 2.2 GHz and share the system's main memory as graphics memory.
