The ASRock Fatal1ty X370 GAMING K4 comes in a pretty flashy box. Such box styling is not to my own personal preference; the red "G" that fills the face of the front, what is it for? Gaming, I suppose, but it's a little mysterious, having me feel not sure about what I'm looking at. There's lots of information on the rear, but for me, there's too much. This is a $150 board, so I really expected a simple box, with simple, obvious graphics and no distractions.
Opening the box reveals the accessories up top, and the board is below a cardboard divider. The board, like most of ASRock's board products, is encased in foam, making sure that shipping damage and the like isn't going to happen. This is a huge plus for a board that is so inexpensive.
There are few accessories in the box, which is exactly what we want for a $150 board; that way, the money you spent is spent on the board and not any accessories that get left in the box. A full list of what is included is below:
- Quick installation guide, manual, support CD, I/O shield
- 4x SATA cables
- 1x ASRock SLI HB bridge
- 3x Screws for M.2 sockets
