The ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate has a very functional no frills BIOS. While it does not have an "EZ mode" like most boards these days, it has a very functional fully featured BIOS. There are more than enough tweaking and customization options available, and the default settings just work. My biggest gripe with this BIOS relates to fan control. While the BIOS has some pretty in-depth fan-control options, they are not very intuitive and don't have their own menu. I would like to see a fan-control tab or sub menu that uses a similar interface to the A-tuning software ASRock offers for OS fan control. Overall, ASRock has done great work with this BIOS, however.
