Board Software

ASRock has a really simple idea when it comes to what software is installed on your PC via the driver disk. They really do it the way I feel it should be for all boards; a couple tools, one of which offers access to more, while also offering the ability to update any and all related software that might have been provided by other means. There's no forced Google Chrome install; it's an option. Norton? You can have that too, but only if you want. This approach minimizes software bloat for sure. The one tool that is installed by default is ASRock's Restart-to-UEFI, which proved to be so useful during system set-up that I really dislike boards that do not offer something similar. There is also a CFOS-based XFastLAN tool, but its small size makes grabbing screenshots of it and showing them here quite difficult. It'll manage LAN traffic for you, but you can remove it if you like.
