If you've used an ASRock board from the past 3 years or so, the BIOS on the ASRock Z270 Extreme4 will feel pretty familiar. The options for clocking up your RAM and CPU are easy to find, and having controls for the LEDs available in the BIOS goes a long way towards making this board suitable for nearly any user. Although most of my time spent with the ASRock Z270 Extreme4 was prior to its retail launch, ASRock's BIOS seems pretty good for so early in a launch. I did not run into a single problem related to the BIOS.
