ASRock has rolled most of its utilities into their App Shop tool, so you only need to install it to be able to access the other provided software, although you will need to download the software you want.
When you want to get into the BIOS, there is a tool that will put you there, just in case the system is booting too quickly for you to be able to enter the BIOS.
